The purpose of this role is to support our children’s ministry team in creating a vibrant kids ministry on Sunday, while building team and reaching the families through community engagement, camps, and weekly ministry.

(Sunday – Thursday)

Requirements

• A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to the mission and values of Elim Church.

• Must be a capable leader and LOVE working with kids and families.

• A heart for children and a passion for sharing the gospel with the next generation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to children and adults.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Experience in children's ministry or a related field is preferred.

• Post Secondary education in Childcare Development, Pastoral Ministry or a related field is desirable but not required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology for administrative tasks.

The purpose of this role is to serve as our primary worship leader while building a culture of worship, musicianship, and creativity within our church.

Requirements

• Must have a strong faith, someone who loves the local church and loves leading people into the presence of God.

• Must love the creative process and working with a team. Taking feedback and willingness to try new things is a must.

• Must understand tech, basic sound engineering and is familiar with multi-tracks, gear, and different instruments.

• Must love people! We need someone who is capable and have a proven leadership history of building teams and caring for others.

• Must have minimum 2-3 years worship leading experience and pastoral experience.

The purpose of this role is to create, capture and edit content through graphic and video mediums for a wide array of ministries, events, and Sunday service needs. If you love the church and want to expand its creative expressions this job is for you.

Requirements

• Must have a strong faith, love the church, and be passionate about inspiring people through visual content.

• Must love the creative process and working with a team. Receiving feedback with a willingness to shift quickly on projects is a must.

• Must be good with people and show a willingness to train and grow volunteers who understand the church’s vision.

• Experience working with photoshop, adobe and related software is considered an asset.

• High School Diploma

The purpose of this role is to curate and post content on social media platforms to support church community members in their journey to be more like Jesus, and to tell our church’s story. This role will also service as an admin support to the operations team and executive assistant.

• Must love the creative process and working with a team. Taking feedback and willingness to shift quickly on a project is a must.

• Must be good with people and the ability to stay organized and multi-task.
