Creative/Operations Team | Full-Time Position
Elim Church is seeking a high-capacity individual with a heart to see technical and creative spaces come together—someone who will serve as a vessel to help communicate the gospel through Sunday services and the broader ministry of the church.
Brief Description
The individual in this role will have a strong understanding of audio, visual, and lighting (AVL) systems within a large-church environment. They will oversee and develop team members, fostering a fun, healthy culture where people are empowered and excited to serve.
Depending on the right candidate, this person may also play a significant part in shaping the creative elements of Sunday services and the overall creative vision of Elim, including productions, and design. Ideally, this individual would bring a unique gifting in videography to further enhance how we share the story of what God is doing in and through our church.

Position: Summer Program Worker
The Elim Kids team is hiring two Summer Program Workers to join the Next Generation Department at Elim Church from May to August 2026.
Brief Description
Elim Church is seeking to fill two Government Funded Summer Career Placement Positions to work with our Children’s Ministry Team to assist in leading our summer programs and special summer events in our faith community.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with the Next Generation Department to plan, lead, and coordinate summer Day Camps, Sunday morning programs, and special summer events.
Create and implement a volunteer recruitment program to strengthen engagement with children’s ministry.
Help with onboarding volunteers and transitioning to Planning Center Check-ins.
Begin preparations for The Big Party and Christmas Play, ensuring these events are well-organized and ready for the upcoming season.
The positions run from May to August 2026, with an expected work week of 35 hours. The schedule typically includes Sundays to Thursdays with occasional Friday commitments. Work is based at Elim Church in Saskatoon.

The Elim Youth team is hiring two Youth Summer Intern to join the Next Generation Department at Elim Church from May to August 2026.
Elim Church is seeking to fill two Government Funded Summer Career Placement Positions to work with our Youth Ministry Team to assist in leading our summer programs and special summer events.
Position Title: Youth Program Intern
Reports To: Youth Pastor - Curtis Junghans
Relates Closely With: Children’s Pastors and Young Adults Pastor
Summary Position Focus:
While working together with the youth pastor, volunteer leadership team, as well as student volunteers, and parents you will be responsible to assist in the development and oversight of our Youth ministry. This role will seek to implement a comprehensive ministry for students in grade 6-12, including regular programs, summer camp, as well as aid in students' transition in and out of the ministry.
The chosen candidates will play a pivotal role in coordinating our regular youth programs, with a focus on actively engaging young people in Saskatoon. This position may involve working with local schools and neighborhoods to create a positive and inclusive environment, ensuring youth from all backgrounds have opportunities to participate and thrive.
The candidate will be actively involved in planning and facilitating a variety of summer camps and activities, offering youth a unique and enriching experience. Through these diverse responsibilities, the candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience, develop leadership and organizational skills, administrative skills, and make a meaningful contribution to the success of our youth ministry.
