JAMES: “Faith & Good Deeds”

Faith is more than belief—it’s belief in action. James boldly states that faith without works is dead, not to shame us, but to show us what real, vibrant faith looks like. True faith is visible in how we love, serve, and sacrifice. It’s not that works saves us, it’s that faith in Jesus should compel us into good works because of how good God’s grace is.

Scripture: James 2:14–17, 26

Reflection Questions:

- Where in my life is my faith being demonstrated through action?

- Sometimes we overcomplicate what our faith in action needs to look like. Instead of stressing about opening an orphanage… What needs or people that are right in front of you have been ignoring?
